This resource is designed to help communities just starting on the path to improving Internet access for their residents, and includes helpful guidance on developing a vision, crafting policy, and securing financial backing. The toolkit also provides useful resources such as case studies, reports, and fact sheets to help catalyze new community Internet initiatives!
