Next Century Cities recently announced the new Next Generation Engagement Awards program. The awards will reward creative thinking on using broadband to increase civic engagement. Cities and their partners can propose a new project or app that addresses a local challenge, and we will grant winning cities up to $30,000 each – and technical assistance – to help make their plans a reality.
