A group of 35 mayors and city leaders from across the United States on Wednesday urged the Federal Communications Commission to provide universal and easily parsed measurements by which consumers can see exactly how well their broadband Internet compares with other networks. Organized by Internet advocacy collaborative Next Century Cities, the leaders’ letter urged the
