Next Century Cities hosted a pre-conference masterclass in conjunction with Smart Cities Week in Santa Clara, California on May 7, 2018. The masterclass included panels about a variety of broadband network models and the relationship between 5G and smart cities.

The full Smart Cities Week featured pioneering smart cities and breakthrough technologies, including autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence, as well as the latest strategies for municipal finance and procurement and best practices in urban transformation.
